The avocado seed. This is an extraordinary and unique ingredient. Its comparable to a walnut, although it is slightly bitter. We have carefully selected our malts so that the avocado seed blends perfectly with them. As a result, we have created a sweet, malty, and very pleasant beer. The avocado seed is previously freeze-dried and ground. It is added in the maceration process, as we want to infuse as much flavor into our beer.
